Terry , thanks for your response. I can't believe that you can only get 5 or 6 minutes per GB. I guess that part of this is due to the fact the whole drive isn't used. If this is the case I will definitely wait till I can get the 1.6 GB Micropolis drive instead of just 1GB. I just can't stand the thought of laying out that much money for a GB drive that isn't a SCSI !. I like my equipment purchases to be transportable to all three platforms. I guess you can store a lot of frame stores in the extra space on a 1 GB drive! Brian
