And what would you consider as being reasonably priced for medium to high end software? A group of us were sitting around talking at the coffee shop about why the Amiga doesn't have more professional software and we all agreed that the main reason is because Amiga software is priced too low. A developer has a hard time making any money in the Amiga market creating professional software, and that's why a lot of them have jumped on the IBM bandwagon. Don't get me wrong, I like the fact that I can purchase software for my Amiga for a lot less than I would for a Mac or PC, but for the high end software I would bite the bullet and pay more for a product I really needed.
