Mark: Thanks very much for the kind words, but I must say that 'promotion' isn't a word I would use to describe sysoping. I view it more like being drafted in to volunteer work… work I really enjoy, and from which I derive satisfaction. And now, more than ever, I have to ask that YOU make sure to correct me when I give advise to new users that is incorrect. I feel as if now I'm actually going to have 'think twice' before posting a response to a question.
