Used (Pre-Owned?) software is fully upgradable. You need to have a
bill of sale, and a letter to send to Autodesk to update the
registration. Make sure first that it is a fully upgradable copy.
Give the serial number to your dealer (if you don't have one, send it
to me) to contact Autodesk to make sure it was not previously
reported as lost or stolen, or upgraded. Make sure you get all the
original disks, hardware lock, manuals, and CD-ROM.
