I have the DB II but not Ani Pro (yet!) so I may not be able to be too helpful. But my guess would be to try setting up the tablet in Wacom emulation mode in the configuation utility. My fingures are crossed, but from my experience the Calcomp does not work with the Pressure feature in many apps. You may want to return it, for possible, for a real Wacom.
