Check out August/September Video Toaster User for a review of the Personal Animation Recorder. Basically, uses Jpeg to compress frames to dedicated hard drive, and then plays resulting animation back through built NTSC or component video out to video deck. Seems they also have a version for PC's with ISA bus due this fall, depending on when the software is finished. I just spoke to DPS on Friday.
