Roy, Thanks for your interest but we currently have limited resources. I can't do everything. I understand that Customer Support is a very essential ingredient in a product in order to create sales. Unfortunately we are currently evaluating our priorities to determine if we are in the right software market. We are finding it difficult to continue development in the Amiga market. What is developing is a "Catch-22" situation which is sad but true. Concerning SBase4… I think that it is a superior product, and there are tons of users who call me saying it is the best thing on the Amiga. But then there are others who have problems, and it is those people who are making all these claims about problems. Most problems can be solved by calling our tech support # (310) 427-1227 from 9AM-12PM. What Mark's problem is I am not sure. But if he contacts me, I'll try and solve the problem. Thanks, Mike @ Oxxi
