#SBase4 Update

Well put! Just to let you know how representative his views are:
I own and engineer Heritage Studio, a commercial digital recording studio.
I use SBpro4 to store Mixer settings and Patch locations. My fiance is a
world leader in her field of music and many of her business contracts/
invoices as well as her schedule and music library is stored and
reproduced on SBPro4.
I am not happy with the service I have recieved and based on the messages
I've read here on CIS I will not be upgrading until some of these bugs are
fixed. BTW I mentioned to Pat @ Oxxi well over a year ago, a bug in
version 1.02 with the print command and was told that this bug would be
fixed in version 1.2 but I have never even been given the opportunity to
upgrade until the last few weeks.
Because of my Fiance's fame in this country I am used to having companies
customizing their products for us and providing preferencial treatment.
This is of course very useful!, but not taken for granted. I used to find
Oxxi very helpful and SBPro4 got some good publicity out of us. Since Pat
at Oxxi left I feel that the service given by Oxxi has fallen below what I
would expect out of common courtesy. I posted about five messages asking
how to upgrade over a period of six months only two weeks ago was one
anwsered. I do still recommend SBPro4 in magazine articles written about
the studio but it is getting to the point where that is becomming
increasingly difficult to justify.
