No wonder you are having problems! Procomm Plus probably doesn't give you any
special features for Compuserve. Get OZCIS right away, it is shareware and you
can try before you buy. You can download from Compuserve. If you prefer Windows
then WinCIS might be preferable. These programs will save you money by allowing
you to reply to messages offline and they will give you some additional
features.
