Found an OS/2 PM based .FLIc player on America Online. In the OS/2 library,
there is a file called PMFLI100.ZIP. I downloaded it and it worked great! It
wasn't apparent what extras you got if you registered (EG: it didn't say if it
supported .GIFs or if it had a SCRipting language). I'm waiting for the authors
permission to upload it here (unless someone beats me to it).
