WNetGetCaps
With Windows 3.1, I can link my program to WNetGetCaps by adding:
IMPORTS USER.WNETGETCAPS
to its .DEF file, and linking as usual. How do I do this with NT?
I've tried creating a .LIB file using LIB32 with a .DEF file containing only
that line, but it does nothing and is completely silent whilst it does it!
By the way, why is WNetGetCaps in USER.EXE but not a documented API, except in
W4W?
