Under NT the hinstances appear to be the same, but I cannot tell for
sure what is going on. I was under the impression that hinstance were
unique but my test programs are coming up with different results.
Under Win32s each instance should have a different hInstance. Please let me
know if you are not seeing this.

Programmer's Reference, but most of it applies to Win32s 1.0.
