James, We'll try it anyway…….<g>. What you do depends a lot on just what comm software you are using. For most ASCII (or command line) based software type OPTIONS at the forum ! prompt and then select the active sections. Make sure that all the sections you wish to read are set. Probably be wise to select all the sections and also the "Add new sections" at the end too. If however, you are using a HMI product like DOSCIM or WINCIM, you will have to rejoin the forum, and depending on which version it is, we may have to delete your membership to allow you to do this. If you're using CIM, I suggest that you make sure that you are using the very latest version. You can download it from the CIMSUPPORT forum. There will be a charge against your CIS account for it, but they will also credit free access time equal to the charge. The net effect is that you get it free, but they get paid now. If none of these suggestions solve your problem, give us another shout.
