Bill, All good points. The stongest point regarding the "over the phone oral" idea (and I'm not talking any kinky stuff here <g>) is the cost effectiveness and convienence factors for both Adesk and the perspective instructor. I agree to you comment regarding other forms of communication, (hand gestures, etc ..) but in essence, they are still "window dressing" for the verbal portion. s Ang
