Roger… Regarding concurrent development of the Instructor Certification and the Instructor Development Program…. It DOES seems only natural to build and support both these programs together. With MicroSoft, however, there are a numerous books and study guides on the market….and MicroSoft will test and certify you on that knowledge. Levels of certification are what is needed also. Just as we're build "levels" of Operator Certification Exams, which tests and certifies their levels on knowledge, we'll undoubtedly get to this with Instructor Certification.
