Thanks Ken, I've spoken with Phil Leverault at Fox Valley about the 14,000 hours requirement and it seems that is a State mandated number for nondegreed persons. Which brings up an interesting point if you can teach basics in PA with 400 hours and Wisconsin won't even let you in a classroom without 14,000 hours there seems to be a major problem with included States Requirements too…don't you think? If we've got to take in to account all the different state requirements, which maybe we really don't for these purposes..but if we at least try to get an overview of what all the different states are throwing in to the pot then we've got an increasingly complicated task in our definitions.
