Pete: the kill fees I've been paid are = 1/2 of the published fee. Plus the
article reverts to me and I get to sell it to some other magazine. For an
editor to assign an article, kill it, and not pay you ANYTHING is barbaric. (I
thought you Europeans were supposed to be civilized)
