Dale, Your comparison of turning in someone smoking a joint to someone who has copied a disk is an inaccurate, even painful, characterization of the problem. The question is, would you turn in someone if you saw them stealing from the till of the local grocery store, or would you consider that "orwellian" and "fascist"? That is a comparable crime – not doing drugs… doing drugs at the level of "lighting a joint" is a socially defined, internally directed crime, not a commercially defined, externally directed crime. Setting an example is great, and is appreciated (at least, by me and the rest of this company). More can be done, and reasonably so, IMHO. –Ben …via AutoPilot
