#Metaware vs Watcom?
I plunked down the cash for the Metaware / PharLap developer's system for IPAS
development. Now I'm questioning my choice… Could I have spent a lot less
money on the Watcom system? If I bought Watcom, I'd still need to buy the
PharLap development system, right, which would mean I'd still spend roughly the
same amount on software? What are some of the differences between the Metaware
and Watcom routes for IPAS development?
PharLap's royalties are a bite, while Watcom includes a royalty-free DOS
extender.
