Hi Andrew – Autodesk's splits up the fiscal year into the following quarters: Q1 February 1 – April 30 Q2 May 1 – July 31 Q3 August 1 – October 31 Q4 November 1 – January 31 Shipping means shipping to customers! I know we try our best to ship product outside of the US as soon after US shipment as possible. We're trying to make the localization process faster. I would check with the UK office on timeframes, because there probably isn't an accurate average of time that I can give you. Cheers, Christal
