I just called Amiga Oberland. He couldn't give me any specific price for Imagine 3.0. He estimated 600-800 DM (which is $360-$480). The price you told me ($695) would be 1140 DM! This would be the very first time that a program that comes from the States is more expensive in the US than in Germany. Can you believe that? BUT, the man on the phone made an offer to me. He said that when I buy 1.1 now including the update to 2.0 (PC-version) and later when available update to 3.0 I will pay less than buying only version 3.0. He garanteed that and I made the deal. So I will have 2.0 on monday (with two german books, which he said are much better than the english ones) and wait for 3.0 to arrive in Germany soon. I hope I did the right thing, but I'm still in doubt… PS: Be prepared for thousands of messages in this forum here as soon as 3.0 is out 🙂 🙂
