I'm not exactly sure about UU's policy on upgrades. I have seen a
posting from the sysop on their BBS say you are covered for life as
far as fixing something that is not working properly. I don't know
if this is the case for upgrades though.
The only thing being updated anyway is the software and you can get
that off the BBS. You should give it a call at 602-453-9767.
