The thing that worries me is that the seismologists say that this was
not the "BIG ONE". They predict the San Andreas is due for a major
thrust by the end of the century with a predicted 8.7 magnitude. If
that happens the death and destruction will be enormous.
My wife's family's houses have received extensive damage, and my
sister in-law's parent's house is supposedly destroyed. They don't
have water or electricity. And this wasn't the big one. Hmmm….maybe
Australia is looking more appealing. Actually, I'm just trying to
line up some solid work and I'll be American history <g>. Hope you
