PMJI, I was one of the contractors who actually worked round-the-clock
on the project (along with Mike Morrison, David Carroll, John Slowsky
and others who came and went) and those books you mentioned weren't
published at that time (Sept '92). We just dug up our own tips and
tricks for it. Time was tight, though, so we were limited in how
fancy we could get.
