Rick, For filing messages, WinCim isn't really the best. What I use is CIS' new navigator, CSNAV (GO CSNAV). It allows me to name custom folders, and save whatever individual massages I want to them. They can then be sorted by subject, date, sender, etc., but you can't search the message text for keywords. It's also so new that it doesn't have a manual yet, and can be a little confusing to set up at first. Another solution is GoCis (GO WUGNET). This will also search, (sort), as above, but it *also* allows you to search the message text for keywords. The downside is that it doesn't allow for custom folders, so all your messages from a forum are in one big folder for that forum. But the biggest reason to go with one of the above, (or similar), is that they allow you to go online, download just the message headers you want to retrieve and mark them offline, (no $), and then log back on and automatically retrieve just these messages, saving lots of money. Other good ones are TapCis and OzCis, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. One last alternative would be to keep appending messages to an exported text file, which you could search for keywords, but you wouldn't have any message sorting capability.
