Don! I've left a message with Greg Sorenson who was the person that promised to solve this for me at Magni. He was going to send me a card and feature connector that was supposed to replace the Video card I removed from the Rendition II card so I could use the Brooktree chip set up with the magni. That was 3 weeks ago…he went on a 2 week vacation and when I called Magni this last monday the 16th the girl answering the phone told me he was swamped. I left a message with her to give him telling them if we couldn't get this to work I wanted to return the $300.00 worth of parts I've so far purchased from Magni on the advice of their tech. support people. I've still not heard anything from Magni. If you have any influence at Magni perhaps you could tell me who to talk to about either getting this old VGA Producer to work or returning the $300. worth of stuff I was sold by their tech. support for a full refund. I don't mind getting a NEW card if that's the real answer here… I was just lead to beleive that we could get the old one to work with what I had. Magni has been real pleasant about all this and they seem like real nice people. I just have to resolve this as I've invested an additional $300 in their technology this far and feel it's about as far as I'm willing to go without any results. If you could be of any assistance Don I sure would appreciate it.
