Hi Rudy, A quick if not totally realistic way to show a smoke effect would be to use the Atmosphere effect in the Render/Setup command string. This would produce a static, diffused "smoke" effect. If you REALLY want realistic, moving smoke, you could purchase the Yost Group's fine Smoke.sxp from the IPAS boutique. It is included in the Special Effects set of routines. The routine has some limitations (it needs a bounding object), but with a little work you should be able to get a nice effect. It all depends on the level of photo-realism your project calls for. -Alan Iglesias
