#Cutting 512 from 640
I'm trying to extract the middle 512×486 of a 640×480 flic; the middle 512×486
is the only part w/ images i.e. there is a black border around the images. I
need a 512×486 Targa+ res. flic that contains this middle portion. Scaling in
aniconv doesn't work. Cutting and pasting an animated cel won't keep color
cycling palette changes from frame to frame. I've wasted a couple hours on this
already, so I was hoping posting here might help. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
