flic to gif
DTA 2.01 (or something like that) is available in Library 8 in the Graphics
Developers forum (Go Graphdev). I use it almost daily (I always render TGA's
now, and use it to make flics), especially when I want to preview D1 (720×486)
on my S-VHS deck (512×486).
