It is more than obvious that Jeffrey is NOT lacking in intelligence ( not to be
confused with wisdom, maturity), however, we might want to inquire as to his
degree of manual dexterity,
if he has severe C.P. his typing skills may be limited, which may explain the
repeated messages, as in saving the effort of rephraseing his questions, or
perhaps unintentional re issue…………………………
