I think that is the ultimate question. The announcement seemed really vaque.
Considering the fact that they listed all of those features as part of R4, it
would seem that they were integrated into the package, but also considering
that various parties developed and will no doubt have to support the various
IPAS programs, it would seem as though they were not part of R4, but rather an
external cost just like all other IPAS programs.
This is a major break from standard SOP for Autodesk, Has anyone seen a release
date for R4? Or can anyone from Adesk who is not at Siggraph clarify exactly
what R4 entails?
