As already noted, OS/2 comes with REXX.
In addition, Quercus Systems (GO PCVENA, S11/Quercus Systems) has Personal
REXX for DOS, for OS/2, and for Windows. I have and use Personal REXX 3.0 for
DOS and find it very satisfactory — although, under MSDOS, it can hardly match
the seamless performance of Bill Hawes' ARexx and WSHell running under AmigaDOS
— but then what could? 🙂
