I am glad to hear that atleast you had no problems. I was wondering if you have the same drive and if so, if you could get me what drive specifications you are using? I would be interested in: MaxTransfer Value Mask Value Start Cylinder End Cylinder Total Cylinders (These values may be found in the HDtool box, if you select partition drive, and then select advanced options, MaxTransfer and Mask are in a sub-requestor, which you can get at by pressing the "Change.." button that appears when you select advanced options. No changes will be made to your drive as long as you use cancel to exit all the requestors) Thanks in advance for any info you might send me. Bert PS. Are you sure your drive is alright? I did not discover the problem until the drive became fairly full, and that is when it became most crucial because I lost a lot of Data. I would recomend backing up your data regularily from that drive.
