The older program PKUnzip has not been supported for quite some time, and
was limited to its GUI interface.
Two newer programs, ZIP & UnZip, are CLI based, and support the newer
(v2.04g) compression formats.
Look for the following programs in LIB 16 (Archivers & Crunchers)
GZIP.LHA (GNU-Zip. note: will not run properly on Amigas wirh 1.2/1.3)
UNZIP.LHA (Info-Unzip version 5.1d3, of Unzip)
ZIP.LHA (Info-Zip version 2.0.1, of Zip)
Try the Info-Zip & Info-Unzip versions.
