RE: that opening short (Shadow Puppets), has anyone looked into how it was done? (I will, and let you know) I happend to have liked it a lot and I'll wager it represents an advancement in 'hand crafted' image processing. With the growing market for Animation THAT DOESN'T LOOK COMPUTERIZED, it's very possible you got to view a very advanced image process. (then again, it may have all been done by hand, not likely though) Anyway, I'll agree that the magic wand and 3D Stereo stuff was crap, (nothing has yet matched Knick-Knack for 3D stereo). In fact ALL the stereo crap at the show was truely boring, excluding the VRoom Caves. I felt it was much better than last years ET (and that had Jurassic Park footage), specially the inverted-sphere short (Outside in), Forrest Gump shots, Mask sneak peeks, God's Little Monkey, Lion King stampede, (and even some of that Flinstone stuff).
