Hi Tim,
It should be in the Broadcast Professional Forum. Well, at least that is where
I found the one I use. Don't ask me the exact file name since it has been a
while. Search WTCC, TC, SMPTE, LTC, VITC or TimeCode. Once extracted it runs
under Windows and the EXE is WTCC.EXE, I think.
