I put a 3DS demo tape in a small-size bubble-pack envelope and it comes to
$2.13 first class. The next weight is $2.36, suitable if you use a heavier
envelope. Needless to say, this is the postage for the SASE, not the envelope
that you use to send the SASE to Balboa Street.
