Ian (and others),
I have been following the various threads on Educational pricing, and wanted to
drop this tip. Each particular region will have a dedicated AER (AutoDesk
Educational Reseller). The standard "commercial" dealers such as myself cannot
match the pricing available from the AER's, as they have a quasi-protected
market. Anytime you need educational pricing, call AutoDesk and ask for the AER
assigned to your area. In high populous areas, there may be several, but in
the less populated areas (such as Kansas) there may be only one. We happen to
have a very good one for Kansas, and he is one of my best allies.
Thought this needed to be added for the educational issues in general Ian, and
please don't take it as a personally directed comment.
