Optical Disk
Okay SCSI Experts ! I wonder if any of you gurus out there know anything about
the RICOH 5030e optical disk.
Basically, I've obtained this device but there are a few things I don't know.
Firstly, what type of optical disk does it use ? Is it WORM or is
Rewriteable-Optical (MO) ? I think its capacity may be 400MB per side, but I'm
not sure. However, I do know it's 1024 byte sectors though.
Secondly, does anybody know how many sectors per cylinder and how many
cylinders etc. I'll need to put in my mountlist ?
