When you create a window, door, or other opening with Facade, it is indeed cut into the 3D wall, so in that respect you could consider it a boolean subtract. The new version of Facade (2.0) does not do much with curves in terms of walls and roof structure, but you can create any shape opening in a wall, floor, or roof, so curved windows and slab openings are a snap. We also don't currently handle curved roof planes as a native operation. Of course, both of these can still be implemented using other AutoCAD commands, but will also be dealt with in the next release of Facade, especially the curved walls and roofs, which are already high on the wish list for version 2.5.
