Historical trivia here: You know you've met a diehard Amiga-oid when you see a
monitor with four velcro spots on the corners… because of the interlaced
display, some companies sold tinted shields for the monitor to help reduce the
seizure-inducing beat of high-contrast interlace. This was before the
invention of the deinterlacing hardware that made high-res Amimga-ing
tolerable. Of course, if someone is hesitant about drawing on their monitor,
they could always use velcro to attach a clear piece of plexiglas.
