The main problem with REXX in current PC environments (i.e. Windows/DOS) is
that there's no real multitasking support, so it's hard to get multiple
applications interacting with one another. If the Amiga hadn't had good
multitasking, ARexx wouldn't have been 1/10 as useful.
REXX under OS/2 seems to be growing in acceptance, though somewhat slowly.
