All that stuff ought to work (though I'm not sure what the Animator Express is… – ther is a product called Matrox Animation eXpress or MAX, is that what you meant?). If you are talking about the MAX, you'll have to map the MGA II somewhere low, like the B000 range (unless it's PCI), because the other boards that make up MAX take everything from C000 to DFFF.
