I bought my computer about a year ago from Royal. I've had two problems:
1. The SCSI card which came with the system has a connector for SCSC-2 but it
is a configuration for which I have yet to find a cable. It is not the typical
50 pin SCSI-2 but a miniature centronics connector. I've been trying to track
down a cable or a converter to allow me to connect to typical SCSI devices.
Black Box doesn't make one, Redmond doesn't have it in their catalog and nobody
in my local area has a clue. It has been difficult to get a response from
Royal.
2. The UPS boys were warming up for the World Cup by kicking my CPU around like
a soccer ball. I returned the unit and got a prompt return.
