The thread started at #117757 Add Depth….It's easy!
The jist of which was that some people are using Ambient and Diffuse "locked",
and as a result where getting a "plastic" look and didn't understand why. As
part of this thread questions where raised about how to obtain a good "metal"
look. So to demonstrate a small sample of the diversity possible, I uploaded
some images. Your contribution will help expand that awareness. 🙂 The
Siggraph 94 tape does a really good job of it, BTW.
