RJS>it makes your files bigger because it embeddes a optimized mesh of you object in the file. It does speed rendering by reducing faces. Sorry to jump in on you, but radically WRONG! It does optimize meshes, eliminate duplicate vertices and faces and can reduce their respective counts. It drastically reduces mesh complexity and size. (For objects rendered in the distance it will do wonders of reduction,since you don't care about complexity in that case). It will also speed up mesh redraw speed by hiding nonvisible edges and faces, your mesh still looks the same but redraw speed is IMMENSELY increased… I own it and can only recommend it!
