Rodger, the blue (or green) screen means that the ram tests on bootup have failed. You most likely got a bad ram chip, or some memory accessing circuitry on your motherboard is defunct. If you use a memory expansion of some kind, make sure all the chips are seated correctly in their sockets and the connection of the board is ok.
