Jerry,
With scroll enabled (no help toggle or modifiers), if you slam the
cursor into the side of the screen, nothing happens. Try backing
about 1/2" or so away and approach the edge more slowly, then keep
pushing the screen around when you get it to move. Seems to work
consistently for me.
