With out proper test equipment, if you just want to set it so the Toaster will work. What you can do is run a stable video signal to the Toaster, turn on WB borders (its easeir to see with this on), start Toaster, when it says toaster not responing, the screen will be tearing along the workbench edges (this is where the boarder helps), at this point adjust the Center frequency on the toaster slightly either left or right untill the tearing goes away. at this point just start the Toaster it should now be working.
