Mike,
It sounds like what you're describing is "normal" differences between a RGB
signal & monitor, and NTSC signal & monitor. You did not say what you're using
to get the signal converted to NTSC….there may be some misadjustment there.
Also, many NTSC monitors use a very "warm" color temperature crt. You just have
to compensate when designing materials and use gamma adjustments & color
correction…. Or encoder controls if you have them.
